NOJHL announces Cochrane Crunch – Timmins Rock East Division semifinal schedule
SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Tuesday its schedule for the impending East Division semifinal series between the Cochrane Crunch and Timmins Rock.
Action in this best-of-seven set will get underway on Thursday, March 16 at the Tim Horton Event Centre in Cochrane and will feature a 7:30 p.m. start.
Game 2 meanwhile is slated Saturday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m. back in Cochrane.
McIntyre Arena in Timmins will then serve as the site for Games 3 & 4 on Wednesday, March 22 and Saturday, March 25 respectively. Puck drop is each contest will be 7:30 p.m.
If required, a fifth game in the series would be held on Sunday, March 26 at 6 p.m. in Cochrane at the THEC.
Should a Game 6 be needed, Timmins will host it on Tuesday, March 28 at 7:30 p.m. at McIntyre Arena.
Then if this best-of-seven affair goes the maximum, the Tim Horton Event Centre will be the site for Game 7 on Wednesday, March 29 at 7:30 p.m.
