SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Monday the game schedule for its upcoming East Division semifinal between the Hearst Lumberjacks and the Timmins Rock.
The series, which is a best-of-seven match-up, will see every game having a 7 p.m. start time.
It all begins Friday in Hearst with Game 1 slated to go at Claude Larose Arena.
The Lumberjacks will also host Game 2, which will be played on Sunday.
Timmins will then have home ice for Game 3 Wednesday, March 20 as well as Game 4 on Friday, March 22.
If necessary, Game 5 is scheduled for Sunday, March 24 in Hearst while the Rock will host Game 6, if required, on Monday, March 25 at ‘The Mac.’
Should the series go the distance, the Lumberjacks will be the home side for Game 7 on Wednesday, March 27.
The winner of the series will meet either the Kirkland Lake Gold Miners or Powassan Voodoos in the East Final.
