NOJHL announces schedule for Cochrane – Abitibi playoff series
SUDBURY – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Sunday the schedule for the upcoming East Division semifinal series between the Cochrane Crunch and Abitibi Eskimos.
This best-of-seven series will commence Thursday, March 12 at the Tim Horton Event Centre in Cochrane with the opening face-off set for 7:30 p.m.
Game 2 will then go Saturday, March 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Jus Jordan Arena in Iroquois Falls.
From there the series will return to Cochrane for Game 3 on March 16 before heading back to Iroquois Falls March 18 for Game 4 in a pair of 7:30 p.m. starts.
If necessary, Game 5 is scheduled for March 20 at 7:30 p.m. with the Crunch serving as the home team.
Should Game 6 be needed, it is slated for March 21 at Jus Jordan Arena starting at 8 p.m.
Tuesday, March 24 will be the date of Game 7 should the series go the distance and would feature a 7:30 p.m. start back in Cochrane.
