Kirkland Lake Gold Miners forward Max Newnam uses his hand to push the puck past Timmins goalie Tyler Masternak while being hassled by Rock blue-liner Josh Anderson during the second period of Tuesday night’s NOJHL game at the Joe Mavrinac Community Complex. Masternak stopped all 22 shots he faced in the contest to record his NOJHL-record seventh shutout of the season as the Rock went on to blank the Gold Miners 6-0.
