ELLIOT LAKE, Ont. – A scoreboard malfunction at Centennial Arena in Elliot Lake Saturday night has caused a suspension of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League contest between the hometown Red Wings and the Soo Eagles.
At the time of the clock breakdown, the Red Wings held a 5-4 lead with 14:38 remaining in the third period.
The NOJHL will make an announcement as to when the remainder of that contest will be played, once that is finalized.
