ELLIOT LAKE — The Elliot Lake Wildcats of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League have released the logo the new NOJHL club will be using as they enter their first season in the Jr. A ranks.

The Wildcats board unleashed its the new logo and teams colours on fans, supporters and sponsors at a media gathering in Elliot Lake.

Howard Hennessey, president of the not-for-profit Elliot Lake Wildcats board, told the crowd in the Lester B. Pearson Civic Centre lobby gathered for the launch the colours were green and white.

They then unveiled the design of the logo and jerseys.

The logo is a wildcat leaping forward with jaws and claws at the ready.
