Excitement along with enthusiasm for the Dudley-Hewitt Cup is starting to build within the City of North Bay

The excitement and enthusiasm for the Dudley-Hewitt Cup is building throughout the City of North Bay. 

Newly Appointed Trappers Director of Community Building & Relations and local Pizza Pizza owner David Beauchamp is spearheading a pair of community promotions.

“First off I am thrilled to be a part of the North Bay Trappers and the Dudley Hewitt Cup community team and very happy to offer 

Tournament packages at our Pizza Pizza location here in North Bay,” said the North Bay business owner.

On March 2nd at Pizza Pizza on Main street and at the Future Shop at Northgate Square Mall on March 9th, Trappers fans will have a chance to purchase Dudley-Hewitt Cup packages or Jr. ‘A’ Trappers season ticket packages for next season as the Trappers enter play in their new location of West Ferris. Fans will also have the chance to win pizza for a year from Pizza Pizza while on March 9th they will be put in a draw for an 80 inch TV to have the winner be announced at a Dudley Hewitt Cup Trappers game this May.  

Other prizes include a Mac Book Pro giveaway that will take place during the Dudley Hewitt Cup Championship game 

plus four iPhone 5’s will be given away throughout the year next season at home events.  

“We want to thank Drew Kingston, the General Manager of Future Shop and the entire staff for supporting and helping the keep Trappers junior A hockey here in North Bay, I played my minor hockey here in North Bay, and keeping the Trappers here is important to many community members that have grown up and still live here today in North Bay” said Beauchamp.

“Our goal is to sell 1000 Dudley Hewitt Cup Tournament passes to help make the event a success and show Hockey Canada and the junior hockey world the City of North Bay can Host the RBC National Championship. North Bay is a junior hockey town and we plan to show all across the Canadian Junior Hockey League circles that the Trappers and the City of North Bay deserve the opportunity to Host a National Championship.”
