SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League has announced a venue change for the Friday, October 18 contest between the Soo Thunderbirds and Cochrane Crunch in Sault Ste. Marie.
This match-up will now be held at the Soo Peewee Arena and still features the original start time of 7 p.m.
With two league meetings on the slate Sunday, the NOJHL will then host its fourth annual Showcase, which goes Tuesday and Wednesday (Oct. 15-16) at Big Bear Arena in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich., where all 12 members clubs will play six games daily, which will count towards the overall standings.
