Venue change announced for preseason game
SUDBURY – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced today that the upcoming preseason game on Monday, Aug. 26 between the Elliot Lake Bobcats and the Sudbury Nickel Barons, which was originally slated to be be played in Walden, will now instead be held at the Nickel Barons home venue of McClelland Arena in Copper Cliff.
Game time in that match-up remain the same at 7 p.m.
NOJHL exhibition action gets underway Saturday as the Abitibi Eskimos host the Kirkland Lake Gold Miners in a 7:30 p.m. start at Jus Jordan Arena in Iroquois Falls.
