NOJHL places 2 teams in latest CJHL Top 20 rankings

CALGARY, Alta. – Winners of 15 consecutive games, the Brooks Bandits (AJHL) don’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon as they continue to hold down the No. 1 listing in the Canadian Junior Hockey League’s Top 20 Rankings.

The 2019 Canadian National Jr. A Championship-host Bandits have not tasted defeat since late November and are 39-3-0 overall.

Sporting a 25-2-1-1 mark to date, the Thunder Bay North Stars (SIJHL) stay second in the 133-team CJHL for another week with still only two regulation defeats suffered in 2018-19.

Holding firm at No. 3 nationally, the Oakville Blades (OJHL), are playing .866 hockey and boast a league record of 34-4-1-2 to top the OJHL with 71 points on the campaign.

Moving up one notch in the weekly listings to No. 4 in the country are the Cobras de Terrebonne (LHJAAAQ) who have gone 28-4-2-1 so far this season in Quebec.

Rounding out the Top 5 in the rankings are the Summerside Western Capitals (MHL).
